At Ulker companies orientation and if neccesary, Fundamental Training Programs for preparation to the position, are given to new employees.

• Theoretical part of the Orientation is given twice a month by the Training Division in Camlica Conference Hall. On the other hand, on-the-job orientation has been structured for all the group companies and will be conducted by your manager.

• Fundamental Training Programs are the technical training programs which cover what the employee will do in his/her new job. (Product training, technical skills training and those whereby workflows are communicated)
